Introduction
This machine uses a new type of nozzle ,Teflon BSids and spreading systems, with a maximum capacity
of 500kg cloth and bath ratio of 1:5.5-1:8.It is called the most popular large environment-friendly dyeing
machine in today's market.
Main technical characteristics
1.Large capacity: each tube loadable of blended fabric is up to 500kg, about 450kg for cotton fabric.
2.Low bath ratio: when the capacity reaches 500kg,the liquor ratio can choose 1:5.5.
3.Environmental protection: low for water ,power and electric energy consumption,low lever of
emissions.
4.Good effect: a high-quality fabric opening system,which endows fabric puffy with no crease and
advantage for first dyeing fabric.
5.Wide application range: it is suitable for chemical fiber ,100% cotton,micro fibers and blend fabric of
50g/meter-800g /meter .Specially,it could give well dyeing for decorative cloth with fluff of around
800g/meter.
