1.Automatic square straw bale opening and refining
2.1000kg hemp straw can get 200-250kg fiber,incoming Non-oriented straw length 300-1000mm,outcoming fiber length 200~500mm.
3. fiber shives below 5%.
4.Combine Belgium and French technic.
5.The stem more than 70% will be broken by bale opener,we use hydraulic pressing rollers for crusher,And the crushed shives will be removed by vibration belt and openning rollers of the refining units.The fiber will be opened again and again in first refining unit.More than 80% shives will be removed.The balance shives will be removed by the second refining unit.
