1.Rapid Dyeing System with Lowest Liquor Ratio & High Running Speed,The fabrics float in the dye without contacting the interior walls of the tank. This accelerates the dyeing process up to 600m/rain without pills. Specially designed corrugated board(W-type) of the fabric storage tube reduces the friction coefficient between the fabrics and interior walls of the tube to accelerate the dyeing
2.No Rolling-Selvedge and Crease Mark.The fabric extending device extends the fabrics after beating preventing rolling selvages and pills. This is suitable for TRICOT., so the liquor ratio can also be adjusted to 1:5-8 for customers process requirement.
3.Easy Operation
The Electric board is applied with micro-computer control, therefore operation is very easy. It can also be auto-dosing control (supply continue dosing quality, option), and quickly fill/drain, hot water tank (option) to reduce total dyeing time, that enhance production yield.
4.Precise Speed Control
Efficiently-functional direct-flow motor can help previously choose twist strength within certain speed ranges and adjust it between speed. Therefore, fabric movement, speed and textile directing roll are in the simultaneous pace, which can avoid usual flaws cause by rubbing on .
5.Lowest Tension & Large Flow-QuantityIn dyeing,
we use overflow nozzle with lowest pressure, that reduce tension, pilling
&yarn sliding of fabric, we supply varied size of nozzle for customer's demand.
6.BODY
The special corrugated and perforated floor design allows the liquor to flow unhindered in its re-circulating cycle. It also maintains regular fabric transport in the storage section, with no tangles minimum compression and level dyeing.
7.CHEMICAL SIDE TANK
The service tank has a simple but effective re-circulating system which allows gradual and even addition of dyes. Chemicals and auxiliaries via a separate pressure pump into the main liquor circulation line
