        Designed for small batch of piece dyeing to implement the recipe and process technique for bulk

        Acrylic ,Nylon ,ramie ,vision rayon,ramie/cotton,etc with available capacity ranging from 5 to 100 kg 
per gatch.
       The machine body and major whetted parBS are made of highly corrosion resistant stainless steel. 
       Lifter reel is driven by invented controlled motor to minimize the slippage between fabric and lifter reel 
and ensure the lifter and fabric running at the same time.
       Unique designed stainless steel centrifugal pump makes dye liquor to keep certain pressure and flow 
rate . Thus ensures fabric smooth delivery in dye liquor.
      Jet nozzle of pure overflow construction provides more strong osmosis of liquor circulation for fabric 
delivery.
